Our fair and transparent cancellation policy for tours and transfers

Refund Policy

Full Refund

48+ hours before

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled transfer/tour will receive a full refund.

50% Refund

24-48 hours before

Cancellations made less than 48 hours but no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled transfer/tour will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund

Less than 24 hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled transfer/tour are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

No call, no show

No refunds will be issued for no-call, no-show bookings.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method and may take a few business days depending on the payment provider.
