Before you book
- How do I book my tour?

To book online, please click here or submit a request using our booking form and follow the provided instructions. For any inquiries, feel free to reach us by phone at (876) 278-5942 or via email at [email protected] to answer any queries.
- What information do I need in order to book?

To make a booking, please provide the following details: Number of guests, Pick-up location, Destination, Arrival Date and Time, and your flight details (name and number). Additionally, we’ll need your personal information including name, email address or contact number, and your address (optional). Finally, a payment method is required to secure your reservation.
- I cannot find a route I want to book. What should I do?

We provide transportation for all routes, but not all routes are represented on our website. Please send us a request for airport transfers or tours, please submit your request online through our contact form, email us at [email protected] or call (876) 278-5942.
- How do I pay for my airport transfer or tour?

We offer payment options on our site where you can securely pay using your card. If you prefer, you can also contact our office to arrange a deposit and pay the balance upon arrival. For more details or assistance with booking, please reach out to us.
- Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Yes, This is possible as all our VIP and Private Airport Transfers allows for stopping between destinations.
- Do you provide transfer from or to Kingston?

Yes, we support all routes, but transfers to or from Kingston are available on special request. Please submit a request for transfer via our online contact form, call us directly at (876) 278-5942, or email us at [email protected].
Before you travel
- What luggage entitlement will I have?

For our VIP Airport Transfers, up to 2 pieces of luggage are free of charge, and up to 4 pieces per vehicle for Private Airport Transfer, Additional luggage will be charged at an extra cost per piece.
- Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

Your will meet the driver at the arrival lounge, where they will hold a sign with the lead passenger’s name as on the booking conformation. Please ensure the lead person is arriving with your group.
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

Unless there is a last-minute change in the arrival date and time you provided to us, this is unlikely to happen as our drivers are always on hand, In the event this does happen, please call our office immediately at (876) 278-5942.
- My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Yes, you can. If you have already booked, please contact our office directly via telephone (876) 278-5942 or send us an email to [email protected] to make the amendment.
- How long will the transfer take?

The transfer time depends on the type of airport transfer booked. Generally, private airport transfers are much quicker as there is no stops at other hotels for drop-off or pick-up. Below is a schedule of approximate travel times from the airport to various destinations:
